FILLING

Main system of IEC - Filling (injection)

Vacuum Filling System

A system that discharge the air in the container and fills the inside of a vacuum container with material and suppresses the occurrence of injection unevenness and air bubbles.

Measuring supply system

A system that accurately weighs materials, and transports and supplies a fixed amount.

Quantitative supply system

A system that continuously supply by constant controlling the output volume of material.

i11

Constant flow system

i12

Flow rate feedback system

Fluid measurement system by electronically controlled style. Compares and operates the flow rate value sampled from the flowmeter with the set value, and outputs the correction signal to the flow rate control regulator.

i13

Gear pump system

A system that controls the flow rate by installing a servo motor driven gear pump between the pump and the coating gun.
There are merits such as ensuring continuous constant flow rate and large control width.

i14

Booster pump system

A system that installs a servo motor driven booster pump between the path of the pump and the coating gun.
Continuous discharge is impossible, but there are merits that it is not affected by pressure fluctuation on the primary side at all.

Temperature Control System

i15

Tube-in-tube (In-line) type heat exchange system

A system in which piping has a double structure and the fluid flowing inside is warmed with temperature controlling water.
Excellent heat exchange rate, and strong against pulsation.

i16

Plate type heat exchange system

A system that adjusts the temperature by flowing fluid between plates warmed with temperature controlling water. By stacking many layers, heat can be transferred from a wide area, and it can be warmed more efficiently.

i17

Jacket tank type heat exchange system

A system of directly controlling the temperature of the tank storing the fluid.
Cover the tank with a heat source that circulates the temperature controlling water and warm the fluid. Inexpensive equipment that can be introduced at a lower cost than other systems.
