"paint circulation supply system"

The "paint circulation supply system" introduced in large painting factories is a facility that collectively manages paints in the compounding room and continuously supplies the same paint to each line in the factory through piping.
We are an industry pioneer with our unique piping design methods for this system.
Based on our abundant know-how, we build the optimum system according to the painting line and paint type.

Paint circulation system

A system that constantly flows paint in the pipeline leading from the mixing room to the painting line and maintaining uniform characteristics.

Two-pipe system

A system that continuously circulates paint to the spray booth and suppresses paint line settling. The undischarged paint returns to the tank in the mixing room.

Third-line system

A system that circulates paint to the tip of the spray gun and provides a paint collection flow path. Regardless of piping size, it is possible to add additional coating guns.

Loop-dead-end system

A system in which spray guns are arranged into branches on the main piping loop that circulates paint. This is the most common paint circulation supply system.
